Is my 800Mhz socket A Athlon model 4, family 6 (extended 7) a thunderbird or just an Athlon.

I'm overclocking it at the moment and currently running @ 945Mhz (clk 111Mhz x 8.5 - core 1.75V) on a K7A - RAID with copper fin cooler (Icicle 750) and in the overclocker database there is both stats for Tbird's and K7's, which should I be looking at??

CPU temp is ~43°C so I want to push it further.

Cheers

Would71 is correct, although there were some (not many) early T-BIRDS produced in the slot A packaging, primarily for the OEM market. Some made it into the upgrade market but have become more rare than the AKBA DURON 600's.
