What do you think should be the average "turn around" time on a rma'd part??

I've waited a month on my Visiontek 9800p, still getting the runaround..

Probably about 2 - 3 weeks it depends on who you RMAed with.

about 2-3 weeks in my opinion. If you have waited more than a month, I would def. be calling someone. Thats not very good CS in my opinion.

Once when I lost two harddrives at the same time(1 maxtor and 1 WD) I had to wait almost 2 months for the RMAs. On top of that maxtor sent me back the bad drive instead of a replacement... so I had to wait another 2 weeks for that to get resolved. Part of the problem with the WD was that they didn't have that type of drive in stock, it was an older drive but still covered.

It took about 2 weeks for my BBA 8500LE. I was very surprised how quick it was.
