I know it's possible to run Win98 as a process in Linux, what about W2K? Also, where would a good guide for this be? Thanks.

Yea see if you can find a program call wine its a windows emulator as far as I know it should already be install in Linux

I actually want to run Windows within Linux, not just emulate the os for Windows programs.

There's VmLinux and I also think there's a free one, but I don't remeber what it's called. It will be twice the drain on your system since win2k uses more resources than win98.

VMware will do it but it will cost you a fair amount of dollars.

You can download a 30 day trial but it works very nicely as long as you don't want to do any games that require 3d drivers.
