I just got my 1gb of Mushkin 222 special today and decided to run prime95 on it. Well here is what happens:

2-2-2-6@2.8v - Test halted in about 2 mins.
2-2-2-7@2.8v - Test helted in less than 1 min.

If the memory has less that 2.8v I will get physical memory dumps before I can even get into Windows. Before I had OCZ Gold PC3700 512MB and I could get it to OC up to 230FSB but would get artifacts in Aquamark3. Please help me out, this thing has been giving me so many problems I'm about to give up on it.

Ive increased the CPU Vcore up to 1.575 and that ran prime95 for a little longer (8mins) and then stopped at 1.625 as I still encountered errors.

Here are my system specs:

Abit IS7 (Bios 19)
(2x512) Mushkin 222 Special PC3200
Intel Pentium 4 - 2.4C
420W Thermaltake Purepower PSU
Geforce 4 Ti4600

test each stick out with memtest86 at stock speeds and make sure its not a bad mem chip...

I had a tough time with prime too. I had to run my 2 sticks of 512 bh-5 at 2.9 volts to pass prime but not until i raised my chipset and agp volts up to 1.8 aswell. Might be because my lame 9000 128mb video card. I can pass prime with 2.6 volts if i change to 11-2-2-2 settings.

Have you tried memtest? I can run stock voltage single channel, but of i try it in dual channel i need 2.7 to pass without errors.

Hope this helps....i stayed home from work and spent all day solving my prime 95 troubles. I didn't think it was possible. Well worth it though :D :D :D

It could be having problems with the Intel board.

to run them tight timmings u need some good voltage but still should run at its stock ratings....test each stick....your rails might not be so stable
