Ok, I fried my first T-bird by soldering the L1 bridges... DUH!.
Second T-bird, I joined the L1's w/ LOCTITE Rear Defroster Grid Repair Kit... working OK right now at 46 degrees.

Its at 10x133 MHz FSB, should I (can I on a SOYO K7-VTA Pro) change the FSB to get more MHz, get a better HSF than a SuperOrb, try some other FSB + multiplier combinations?

I can't get the 10.5 multiplier working, even at 1.90 V, but I really don't wanna push it [voltage] just yet... I still have to put a good coat of Arctic Silver on the CPU since i just put on whatever amount was left on the heatsink when i took it off.

What's a safe MAX voltage? and what's a safe temperature (idle and load)? Also, I'm using my brother's old power supply since i somehow destroyed my 400W p/s my last overclocking attempt, and i dunno how many Watts this one is, but I suspect its 250, could that have something to do w/ my not being able to hit the 10.5 multiplier?
Any other tips are also greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks

A safe max voltage? It doesnt matter if you have unlimited cooling, but generally the craziest people go to 2.1 . Yes a 250 W psu could be your problem. What's it powering? A safe temp really depends on the person you ask, but over 55 bad and over 60 is when you should turn your computer off.
