signature HELP?

I want to change the color of the URL in my sig... tryed the "normal" color method... it's not a happening thing... what am I doing wrong?

I replaced all [} with <> in the example to show the syntax I used to get it to work. Hope it helps

Now with all the brakets back to normal.
