Do you mean your running normal Tap Water in your watercooling system or you have Tap water coming from the faucet to the cpu?

As far as conensation goes, I'd just buy some more cheap mouse pads and keep installing them around the waterblock, You may want to run some sort of installation around the tubing as well. That may begin to devolope condensation as well.

Not sure about the back side of the waterblock. Does condensation form there as well. Maybe not as the cpu may be heating the back side up just enough to prevent it. Otherwise you might have to apply some very thin insallation there as well.

I doubt that you will need to do much more than your block since your CPU will not be cooled to the point that water condenses on it. You may need to confromal coat the exposed circuitry on your CPU for moisture coming from the waterblock.

This photo shows a 1/16 inch layer of neoprene over the CPU and the confromal coat on the circuitry. Note the CPU feet must be removed. The neoprene takes their place.

This photo shows an insulated waterblock. This one is equiped with pelts but the concept is the same. Note the 1/16" layer of neoprene on the bottom is the same one shown in the photo above. ONLY USE ONE LAYER OF 1/16" NEOPRENE or the block won't make contact with your CPU die.

Using a neoprene blanket over your CPU is the only way I know of to protect it from the bottom of your water block sweating.

Omg noooooooooooooooooooooo I can't hit 1.6 any more since the condensation problem..... I can only get 1450 max overclock any ideas why it does this omg I can't belive it nooooooooooo. It was @ 1.6 1.90 vcore and 10.5x152 now I can't do nuttin damn! Maybe the articsilver all over my cpu can cause this ? after all it is nonconductive. Please help I wana run 1.6 again or even reach my goal of 1.7

You have Arctic Silver all over the ceramic plate? Take your CPU out and wash it with dish washing liquid and water. Let it dry and let your system dry out overnight before you plug the CPU in and fire it up again.
