I have recently downloaded SiSoft SANDRA as I saw all you guys using it!!

Anyway, it analysed my machine and said that my AGP performance was not set to be at it's optimum. I looked at the help text for the info it gave me but I couldn't find where I am meant to change any values (in Windows or SANDRA). For your info, I'm running Win2k with an Athlon 1.4 and an Elsa Gladiac 920 GeForce3.

Does anyone know how I can sort this out? I know my car can do AGP 4x. Does this mean that I've been playing games only using AGP 1x ?? I'm a keen gamer so I really need to sort this out!

Thanks,
Andy

Check in the bios to see if agp is set to 4x or 2x if it is set to 2x change it to 4x.

Thanks for the reply Shep. I've looked at an online version of my motherboard manual (I've got an Asus A7M266) and I notice that whilst the default is to enable AGP 4x, there are a few other options that have to be set to "user define" rather than the values that they default to, if you have AGP 4x. I'll try this tonight.

Thanks for the advice.
