What is the best AYHJA core. Should I get AYHJA R or AYHJA Y. Is there any other code like AYHJA 9? I might order a AYHJA fro newegg but I don't know if it will be R, Y or 9. Does it matter or am I just splitting hairs.

Well I ordered a 1.33 AYHJA from newegg but in the comments I begged them to send me an AYHJA R if at all possible. I hope they do.

AYHJAR and AYHJA are two completely different steppings. R isn't a flavor of AYHJA. To my knowledge AYHJA only comes in K, Y and 9 with Y being the best. AYHJAR is something completely different and have only seen it in the Y flavor. :) Maybe I'm wrong but this was my interpretation of all the new steppings.
