A better A64 OC cpu ?

What do you guyz think about this new potentialy good overclocker... a mobile A64 OCer ?

Not even sure if they'll work on desktop boards. I heard that some1 bought a 45watt A64 mobile from newegg 'n it wouldn't work on his board no matter what, he even tried RMAing it twice, but his other normal 3200+ works fine....
