What kinda temps it should be running?

There is alot more information we need to determine what temps you might get with that size pelt
how are you going to cool it? water? Chilled water?
What load are you going to put on it?
how much power are you going to give it? 100% 80%?

What kind of radiator/pump do you have? what size fans?

I'd say temps under 5C would be acceptable.
