i go5t a asetek antartic power kit which came with a bottle of its own anti algae stuff... is this ok on its own with de ionized water or do i need somethin else :rolleyes:

i would use the antialgae stuff, even with very clean water, somethings going to get in there, either from the air, or possibly already in the system when purchased. it'll save u the trouble of cleaning everything later if u add something for algae/bacteria growth

sorry should of made myself clearer... im using the anti algae already is it enough on its own

as long as there is no mix of metals (aluminum and copper) that should be fine by its own.
if u decide upgrade some componets and do get a mix of metal, then you'll need to add coolant/antifreeze or waterwetter or anyother kind of corrosion inhibitors.

its just a asetek antarctic power cpu kit... cpu block rad pump and res so i should be ok then?
