VGA Silencer Rev3 + Ti4600?

Does the revision 3 silencer fit on the Geforce4 Ti 4600? I mean, I know the holes line up by the screws seem too large. I obviously haven't tried a smaller screw to see if it worked as I assumed that they in turn wouldn't be large enough to catch the threads inside the heatsink.

Any info on this?
