Which OCZ would better suit me??

System specs are below. I dont plan to O'C the mem at all so I was wondering which of these 2 OCZ mem would have the best performance at stock??

if ur not going to overclock why not just get some decent memory like kingston valuram of samsung pc3200?. the ocz is very good memory, however u pay a premium for its overclocking potential and great support

Ok so what would be the best stock dual channel mem I could get that has the best default timings..or is there such a thing.
