Waht type of RAM is this?

Hey guys,

I just opened up my old AMD K6 200mhz and found a type of ram that i have never seen before. Rhe Ram sticks look about the same as the ones that are mainly used today but the slot in which they were plugged in were kinda different. They didn't look like the long black slots we plug the ram in nowadays. They look like pci slots except they were skinnier and a bit longer. They were also white. Does anyone have any idea as to what type or RAM this is? I was just curious.

mostly EDO RAM back in the day (1995-96 ish).

What does it say on the RAM chip?

Not so sure i can only see the slot. Its way too craped in that small case for me to try and remove just the ram. I'll have to remove some other stuff. But the answer you gave me solved my curiosity.

Sounds like you have SIMM ram (single input memory module) as opposed to DIMM (dual) memory (the standard nowadays).
