www.dtekcustoms.com (http://www.dtekcustoms.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=205)
Pro Radiators and a shroud if you want (for some reason the combo page doesn't have anything listed)
you dont need barbs, the hose can stretch over the stock tubes

Okay, so where should I look for heater cores, chevy's and
so-forth.
i got mine at napa auto parts chevette '86 if you're looking a single 120mm
For your case (Thermaltake I believe) a chevette heater care would be great. If you look around some of the posts you will see alot of people using them.
Check it out (http://www.overclockers.com/tips1022/)
And this one too. (http://www.overclockers.com/tips1138/index02.asp)
You should be able to stretch your Cleaflex60 over the inlet and outlet (might have to boil the tubes don't know haven't tried it yet). This should also provide you less restriction than sweating barbs on (smaller diameter on the barbs).
Lastly if you do stay with the bay resivior I would put it in the bottom bay less flow loss due to head pressure.
