A Bit of advise please

im running a 1.4 amd on a gigabyte ga7dx mobo
i dont want to overclock it just use it normally
is a cpu temperature of 55 - 60 underload okay?
what temp to amd recommend?
at 50 - 60 degrees am i going to do any harm to the cpu?

That is a little high for everyday use. Around 40-45C is a good target. I do not think your temps are in the range to be damaging, but if you maintain a load on the processor they could be.

We also need to discuss how you are measuring temps. Some probes report false readings and I am not familiar with the Gigabyte board. It may be the case that your real temps are lower than what is being reported.
