dual mobil 2600 or single?

what would be better, a oc'ed single cpu or a dual, non oc'ed,, or could i even oc that... for running games and dvd ripping.....

OCed Dual Mobiles is the best way to go in my opinion if you would make use of them ie video editing, rendering, smp capable games,mp3 encoding, etc

You can game and rip at same time on dual mobiles
Do a search here and you'll find that there are some boards that OC barton mobiles quite well
