My friend has a keyboard that was able to adjust the volume but it is not working properly and will not work with the speakers.
How would i go about fixing this?

I would guess re-intstalling the drivers that came with the keyboard could fix this.

There should be drivers for it on the HP site then, or on the recovery disc they got from HP with the system is they still have that.

Hewart Packer Bell?

Is that a joke?

Is that Hewlett Packard, or Packard Bell?

Find out the model number of the computer, go online, get the drivers. it's that easy. If you can't get the guy's model number, then you can't help him.
