After scouring ATi's website I couldn't find anything on the Readon SDR. However I did find the the Readon 32DDR and A-I-W versions have a core/memory clock of 166/166.

Link-smink

The first 64's had 6n/s memory, the latest(out a couple of months) have 5 or 5.5 n/s memory.

It has the T6 at the end which means,

T-6 = 6n which equals 166MHz

:)
