as long as itll run 330fsb ill take it.. ( the closest ill get to 330 is when the wall clock hits 330 this afternoon) LOL....

So what does the near future hold as far as fsb and cpu speeds from Intel and AMD? Is flapper going to get his 330?

How far is DDR going to go with speeds? As it stands now, who would have dreamed it would be hitting DDR600? I think that it is going to be hard to convince me to migrate to DDR2 with the projected prices and the lack of signigicant performance increases in the near future.

Flapper, just get a MachI. They are pretty cheap now, <$500. That should take you over 300 fsb easy.

While I already have 300 fsb CPUs on air and water, I just ordered a MachII GT. Getting greedy :D.

Don't ask me how much it cost though :eek:.

yeah ur right. i wanna get one. but first i wanted,to get a great overclocker,and i thought i had one.after talkin to the legendary hipro5,he said u can expect around a 250/300 mhz gain with a prommy. now its giving me problems.. it will run to about 317 but isnt stable to about 295. usuallyan 8-10 mhz drop from mamximunm will giive u stability. so it could always be my mb. i think i need some one to test this cpu...
