How do you guys get rid of water pump vibration?

I have a Danner Mag7, and though it isn't audibly loud, it does vibrate alot (which in turn makes it loud - unless i'm holding it in my hand). How shall I go about dampening these vibrations?

I have heavy duty weather strip between the mounting plate and the bottom of my case.
