You know I was looking at that but wasn't sure it was Black. But, for sure it is???

Yes, that is the Level 1 Black. Look closely at the picture on Newegg and you will see the edges of the Black PCB under the heatspreader. Also, note the "3500 Level 1" sticker on the heatspreader. Guaranteed Level I :) .
