tube in tube

i was wondering in anyone would know of a timeing delay or a control board that would work in a tub in tub desigh

what im doing is hacking up my ac unit to build the Tube in tube desighn it will have the cooling unit and with the mentonal/water mix i will run it to my cpu first then my vid card finally i will run it to a heater core that will cool the case

what i need is some desighn ideas that will help me out in making the control board or if there is a existing one out there that i can use ?? but i would rather build it my self (braging rights i guess)

has anyone else built this ?? if so please post
im shooting for a total cooling of 32 deg or just above dew point
