i have a few so give me a few minutes to get em all uploaded.

this is 2x512 hynix bt-d43 ic sticks run 260fsb 1:1 2.5-4-4-7 in the rig in my sig.
defualt is 2.5vdimm on the sticker.
defualt is set at 2.6v on my mobo, but over volts to 2.64vdimm as you see in the pics.still nothing high by any mean.

i cant do over 260fsb atm due to heat with air cooling.i just did this at 260fsb just to test the ram.

these also pass memtest 100% 260fsb 1:1 2.64vdimm !
2.5-4-4-7

i will be adding h20 or phase change in 2 weeks and we will hopefully see these sticks and cpu maxed out.

btw for those intersted my mobos ramsinks i put on my mosfets were damn warm.not burning hot but very warm, also as were my caps. these prescotts are mean with amperage.

:D discuss :D :

Those are pretty good sticks. I'm becoming a big fan of BT-d43 dies. Just wished I had gotten off my butt and ordered them from Kingston before they raised the prices on the 512 sticks. Still, even at $200 per gig for near PC4200 speeds isn't too shabby.

from others tests ive seen these never go below 270fsb and usually top out at 290fsb 1:1 id guess +3vdimm

yes even for what im doing now pc4200 speeds for $200 a gig is cheap. not even adata can be found that cheap ive seen.

I have to admit I was doubtful at first about how well that RAM would do, but I'm very impressed now.

the earlier d43 sticks did impressive numbers 270+ however now with everyone offering pc4000/4400 the majority of these chips have been picked thru. my tests a few months back with this ram indicated a speed of about 260-270 at approx 2.9v. unlike the earlier die bt-d43 the newer stuff doesnt usually work any faster with anything over 2.9vand is capable of tighter timings.these results have been replicated.

soon to come is phase change and we will see the results of the rams max's

also i gotta give credit to this mobo. everyone ive seen diss'es the epox 4pca3+ but im seeing nothing but good things.
but also i took much precaution in cooling the mobo to help it.

dont get me wrong i hope u get 300 mhz. i was merely giving u what i got when i tested a couple sets in feb.- march. toasteroven also went crazy and bought like 5 sets and all ran approx the same. either way a very good bargain

i know you wasnt trying to jinx me but rather stating your findings.
what did you get fsb wise with 1.65vdimm tho?

and i highley doubt anything over 290fsb will be possible, could happen but i doubt that.

512mb sticks just dont run as high as thier 256mb brothers.

my sticks showed no improvement over 2.9v. of course each set is different, i can flap about how fast they might be- but hell if u got some good chips maybe they will FLY... wouldnt that be nice....
