Help me with my AMD ATHLON XP 1300

jus as it says, i need help OCing my CPU, and advice?

First off, do you have a motherboard that supports overclocking? it should have multiplier and front-side bus controls in the bios. Raising those overclocks your cpu. I believe you have a pally core, so you can change the multiplier, just the fsb. First thing first though, what board do you have? What ram? What temps is your processor?
