Ok, last year I had mademy resume with word perfect office 2002, "resume.wpd". Anyway I went to edit it today with the same program, but I was unable to install the program, it had a gouge in the data surface, so I didn't think it was to big of a deal since I had it backed up with clone cd, "OEM" version of corel word perfect office 2002 btw. Anyway I went and loaded that with d-tools, but it wont install either so im kinda screwed. i've got M$ Office XP with Frotn Page, is there anyway I can instal la plug-in or something so i can edit my resume with that ?

Something that my father had a problem w/, was installing M$ Office & Word Perfect Office together. They didnt like each other for some reason.
However, on another note, I do believe there is a converter you can get, but I dont remember exactly where. I remember this, because I had some WP files that I had made, but only used Office *it was on my dads comp, and he uses WP*, so I was able to open them on my computer somehow. Just dont remember how.

I found two viewers but of course they dont work :( anyone here got wpo 2k2 ? maybe do me a favour ?> the file is only 24kb.

maybe try some of the tricks of THIS (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=296736&highlight=crest) thread about saving the disk.......
either try what the orginal poster did our I would try the minty fresh way first which was suggested a little further on down in the thread.....
Also Openoffice for windows works just fine. Its what I use most of the time.........

I joined OO's forums, did a bit of searchign and came up with a filter that opens WPD's :)
so..
using Open Office 1.1.1 (http://openoffice.mirror.cygnal.ca/stable/1.1.1/OOo_1.1.1_Win32Intel_install.zip)
&
WriterPerfecr 0.2.0 (http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/libwpd/WriterPerfect-0.2.0-setup.exe)
FOr windows I'll be able to do what i need:)
