ive been messing with my oc setup for some time now, and im having the darndest time getting my rig stable. check the sig for my specs.
i just switched from a p4c800 deluxe to the max 3 last week, but things dont seem any more stable to me yet. my 3.0c is a 30 cap SLKWU, and the highest ive pushed it was 3.9, but nothing is really at all stable past 3.2 - 3.4.
what bothers me is, that at 233 fsb 1:1, with my memory at its correct rated speeds, prime failed after 3-4 minutes. that shouldnt be happening. i plan on getting some new parts to mess with, like new cooling (currently using stock) and a pc power&cooling 510 dlx. my goal is 250 fsb with no stability issues at all. help me, and share your advice on how to reach my goal
