why are some graphics cards more expensive than others if they have the same amount of video ram. example- ati pros are more expensive than xt's and why do cards have the numbers after theyre name like ati radeon pro 128mb 9200 or 9600??? i have a radeon 128mb 9200. is that good enough for most games now?

The numbers like 9600 and 9200 is the quality of the card and typically a name so that people can relate to, to tell if it is a good card or not. So basically 2 is better than 1 so 9800pro is better than 9700pro because it is a higher number.
