Need your opinion on RAM to purchase

Hey folks, heres what my next setup is looking like

3.2ghz prescott on a IC7-Max 3 motherboard. What memory would you all recommend that would give me the best results in overclocking.

What amount of $ are you willing to spend?

I'd recommend OCZ PC3500EB or 3700EB. The 3500EB is fairly cheap and you'll get great timings at excellent clocks.
