So I've read and re-read multiple posts about OC'ing an A64 3000.
I tried to download the Clockgen program but it doesn't seem to recognize my system (specs below)
Can I get past 228 fsb with my system? Do I to tweek the memory timings to do so?
I've tried to understand Gautum's posts, but I'm too noob to follow it all. I know I'm missing something, but what???
My highest Oc is stable at 227.60 mhz, vcore @ 1.650.
I think I have more to go, but I can't figure out how to get there.
Any help appreciated!!!

yes, loosening the RAM timings should help. If they are already loose, maybe upping the VDimm (Mem voltage) will help.
One more thing you can try is to use RAM divider and run it asynchroniously to the HTT
