How to format hard drive in Linux

i sorta devoted one of my hard drives to linux mandrake 8, and dont have the time to learn anything in it so i wanna get it formatted but i dont really know where to look in linux
if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated

you just need install mandrake it will format it for you during install. Just make sure you chose the right drive when it ask.
