Voodoo 5 5500 Agp

Hello,
I have a voodoo5 card and i am wondering why this damn card won't go faster than 170Mhz?
Can anyone hint me some answers?

mines running at about 186 right now. these cards run pretty hot. maybe try putting new fans on the gpu. I'm going to get some blue orbs. also if your using the overclocker included with the 5500 in my case it won't let me go past about 173 mhz. check out voodoofiles.com for the newest third party drivers, i'm using the omega driver vers. 103. my benchmarks went up 8 frames persecond with these drivers. i've only been using them for about a week, but they seem pretty stable so far. i use the voodoo 5 turbo program for overclocking. it's cool because you don't have to reboot after changing the frequency. good luck!
