I've been waiting for a recommendation but no one really gave me one. anyways I am going to use it for a Abit-KG7-RAID Motherboard and a Tbird 1400 AYHJAR Stepping with 256MB PC2100 DDR-SDRAM, 184-pin DIMM, I want a FULL Case that is well cooled, pre-built cooling becasue I can't put in the grills myself. I can put the power supply myself if that's going to be needed. I want a case that willl be good for upgrades so if I need some extra watts or CFM I will have it. How much does that T-Bird need? (1.4) and how many watts would be more than enough?
I am thinking about getting the Implosion FT-700 (over 400 CFM) from OCZ but it's not on the recommended list for that AMD proccessor. Any1 have any ideas?

How can you break the metal and do all the grill stuff? That's not only hard but would be hard to keep neat etc. How do you cut a big cicle in metal?heh

Addtronics is supposed to be a very well thought out case with many cooling options and grills already installed. It is pricy though. Check em out Here. (http://www.addtronics.com/index.html)

Do you think this antec would provide enough CFM? Is there a way to estimate/calculate the CFM of a case?

Take a look at the Supermicro Full Tower cases - CSE-017 750 and the CSE-024 760A. I have 1 750 and 2 760's. The cases are all modded - with lots of fans - but working on them and in them is great.

I ahve the antec 830sx and I highly recommend it you will get great airflow with no need for case mods. My case temps are the same as ambient. This using four case fans two high cfm panflows and the two antecs that came with the case.

does it come with the 4 fans already?
And this works for AMD 1.4ghz stepping for sure right? (the sx830)

It only comes with two fans but fans are cheap. It will work fine with a 1.4. I am running my 1.33 oc'd to 1.5 in it right now. You might want to take a look at the 840 sx though it comes with a 400 watt powersupply.

Agree. I have that case as well and it is really a nice one.
easy to set up and extreemly nice to work with.
I personally recommend the Chenbro Genie Junior or the Genie. They are prefabbed for 120's in front and back and when fitted with panaflo's they are fairly quiet.
