I have a
p4 3.2c @ 3.52
radeon 9800 413/363(x2)
512 mb ddr 400
1 dvdrom, 1 cdrom
4 case fans
80 gigabyte maxtor hd
will 350 watts do the trickl>?

Should be able to, but I would get a 400 to leave room for upgrading (incase you decide to buy oh say... 4 more hard drives;)).

The number of watts isn't as important as the brand of a PSU. A good 350 watt PSU (like the Fortron/Sparkle FSP350-xxxx models) will outdo a bad 600 watt PSU (like any $20 generic 600 watt) by leaps and bounds.
The best brands are Frotron, Sparkle, and Antec. There are many other good brands, which can be found in one of this forum's stickies, but they aren't as good as the ones I've just mentioned.
