Noob Frendliest Max3 VDIM mod?

Any guides on a very noob frienldy volt mod for fixing the vdim prob of my max3? I read something about a way doing it whith crocodile clips and no soldering???

Easiest way is just to pop the MC64 off, you really don't need much soldering experience to do it. Just alternate heat on each end of the cap and it will pop off after while. Once you get above 2.8V you might see that your VREF and VTT will be off, for that I use MadCat's VTT tracking circuit fix. You can contact him on the abit boards but you will most likely need some experience soldering to accomplish it.
