I have a MSi Geforce2 64mb Pro card with tv-out. How do I play videos thru the tv-out onto my tv? I purchased a cable that has a s-video connector on one end to plug into the card and a rca output on the other end to plug into my tv. I hooked them up and nothing happens. Should I be able to see any video that plays on the pc also on my tv? Or is this tv-out thing just for dvds? I run Win98, and also have powerdvd3.0. Is there some other software I need to do this? Thanks for the help.

You need to go into display properties and enable twin view. Then configure it I think.

Well since I have nothing better to do I am following the spam around(7 spam posts in the past half hour) and saying:

Geez I must be bored or trying to pad my post count:)

ok guys, well, maybe you are bored and want to pad your replies?

At any rate, I'm now familiar with your posting rules, only seniorita members can post urls, I meant to help, not spam.

Tell you guys what, since you think that the prices are too high, I'll make a special deal to you guys...tell me what you want to pay for the s-video to rca adapter and I'll seriously consider your prices, as I dd not intend to spam your site.

You just don't get it.

If you want to sell something take it to the classifieds.

If you want to help then do so and stop the games.

Your a funny guy aint ya?

Selling anything belongs in the classifieds. It looks to me that thats all you want to do.

Please just follow the rules.

In addition to enabling twin view, have you tried running it thru a vcr, or tuning it to channel 3 or 4? My manual says it only works for games, NOT dvd's. Haven't tried it. (There's already an rca jack on it, though)
