I have installed them, and they seem to work fine ATM (I did a fresh install). Ill test em out a bit and report tomorrowish (HW soon heh).

installed and all is well, upped my benchmarks a little too 3dmark01+150, 3dmark03 + 100

I doubt these are any better than ATi's cats w/ x800s. Gotta wait until the 4.5s most likely :D.

i notice 5-10fps no oc on my 9800pro sapphire. also, is it completely safe to oc with there built in one?

Built in what? Radlinker?

If it is Radlinker then yes. ATiTool is another good Radeon OCing program :D.

ATITool is not a good program. In the past I have heard that it has blown a couple of cards. Also, it does not refresh the memory after errors so after trying to find the max memory, it will clock it back infinitely. Radlinker is the best and there's nothing like running 3dmarksx3 and watching to make sure they're stable. That plus 4 hours of straight, hardcore, unadulterated, 3d gaming madnesss! Anyways, off to try my 9800, flashed to 9800 pro out with these 4.5 omega-cats. I'll let ya know.
