stan03

first defrag using "space"

then i use access but you can read the help, it describes all the methods, use the one that fits you best, i think you will like O&O ;)

i did read the help file but for one method its for access time and for another its for write time and another one from something else....would the COMPLETE/name be the best of both world??? no huh...PerfectDisk organizes the file according to file usage which i think on O&O defrag is access time one

if it is similar to PerfectDisk then that means PerfectDisk comes first and is better...because PerfectDisk isnt similar to anything else:)

I merged them; we can do both in one.

yeah, the help really helps.

you'd probably go with access times or name. more than likely name, unless you're running something like a database or frequently access specific files.

yes my start times for ut2k4 dropped by 1 second lol.

joke.

but seriously how much speed difference is there between Name and amount accessed.

I always do name since it makes sense for games!!

yeah, stick to name unless you access a very specific set of files all the time. gaming probably wouldn't count, since more games load things into memory
