I just moded the leds on my network card so that I can see the leds from the front of the case. Is there some kind of program or something hardware-ish I can do to simulate network activity, as I do not have access to a network currently. Thanks for the help.

At a command prompt type "ping -t 192.168.0.2" the IP really doesn't matter as it won't be able to reach anything anyhow. The "-t" switch will keep it pinging until you break out of it, press CTRL + C to break out of it. This should light up your activity LED.

That gave me a great idea. Put a wire from my scsi card's led to my computers HDD led. I can change the led to a 2 color one so depending on what HDD I'm using it'll be a different color.

But, to change the 2 color LED's color, you have to reverse the polarity of the voltage running throo it. Hmm, anyone have any ideas?

I think my best bet would be to have two LEDs one for scsi and one for IDE but I would love to somehow wire it to one bicolor LED. Again, any ideas?
