View Full Version : Looking for a good place to learn the basics of memory and timings

For all you guys that need a good place to learn the basics of memory / timings. I came across the "Corsair Basic Memory Tutorial" (it's in Flash 7). It's a Narrated / Animated slide show and last about 10-15 min.

*I don't think it's a good place for dial up users but you can try (post back if it's not bad on dial up)

I actually learned the basics of DDR a month back by strolling around the BIOS of my Max3 :p

Just watched it...not bad for a beginner video. I like Corsair's shame-less self-promotion :D

EDIT: Finally learned how to deduce rated memory speed from a ns rating. Yay!
