what should I get since I do got the cash to get a 3200+ or should I save it and get a unlocked 2500+ off ebay or get a 2500+ mobile ?

tell me what you guys think.

another vote for the 2500 Mobile , it will smoke the unlocked Athlon XP 2500

ok so 2500+moblie is better than a unlocked 2500+ but it is also better than a 3200+ I take it.

with extra cash I would go with mobile 2600 if I can not choose the stepping

Get the mobile 2500 barton. Nuff' said. It will kick 3200 *** if you got the right cooling and memory. Expect results like a 3500, and if you're lucky, even a 3600.

a 3600+ is 2.4ghz he would be at a 3800 or higher cuss the Mobiles get like 2.5 2.6ghz

2.6ghz is within reach with the garunteed steppings at excaliberpc, my mobile 2600 will do 2.5ghz w/1.625v, my old 2500+ could only hit 2.2ghz with that.
