desktop 2100 and 2800?

Does anyone know if the desktop 2100 and 2800's are all unlocked or no?

as far as I know,all current desktop chips are locked, except for the mobiles, not sure of the stamping date, but if you buy them now they are locked.

All 2100's are unlocked if they are thoroughbred because they never made locked ones.
