Right now I have a pc portability problem. My pc is BIG! I have tried making small cases, and I have thought about getting a light case. But right now im considering getting an XPC. I could sell my A7N8X-E Deluxe for ~$100, and a few other misc parts, and buy an XPC. I was looking at this one: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=56-101-410&depa=0

So, I load my 9700 into it, and my mobile XP. I dont need the best performance possible, but can the shuttles psu handle a radeon 9700 and a mobile running at 2.5ghz? My cpu only needs 1.625v to get there, and I could load my slk heatsink into it and add some fans. I would get a raid card, and put my 2 hard drives in the 2 3-1/2 bays. Would this work?

The shuttle psu can hadle it.
my 200w shuttle psu runs a 3ghz p4, 9800pro, and 2 7200rpm hard drives without a problem.

Although you cant put your own hsf in there. The shuttles use their own heatpipe cooler to cool the psu. Although you could get teh shuttle if you sell your mobo/hsf/case/fans etc

Its great for lan parties :)

Ohh, I was hoping, since the xpc had mounting holes, to use my slk, ive heard of other people doing it, I think. My case is realy heavy, so I probably wont sell it, but my psu and mobo can go.

It does have mounting holes but there just isnt enough clearance between the cpu and the hdd chasis for a regular heatsink. Its not like the shuttle heatpipe is all that bad, it preforms suprisingly well.

I think ill keep my current setup, sell my duron/kt400 and get an A64/XPC combo.
