Unlock paint?

what paint or pen is best to use and is most perminent? and why do I have to clean the surface before connected the dots? (I didn't get my cpu in yet but I'm just too intested to wait)

radio shack online sells it I believe it is 11dollars if you go that way. use a toothpick and it comes off with acetone/nail polish remover if you screw up. no 2 pencil works too if you really can't wait.

Is it strog enough to hold permenently if I let it run in my comp for a long time? 'cause I know #2 pencil doesn't.

oh yes... what is it called? I am going to get one right now, and also the paste I can use for the HF, waht are those 2 called?
