Cooling a Full ATX Supercase

i was thinking about using the hoot fan but i don't want to put it on the outside. I was thinking about putting it in a box and puting it where the PSU is. (this would mean moving the PSU up and cutting more holes :( ) I want the fan to blow directly on the heatsink(no fan). Should i just go with regular fans or something else?

i am pretty sure you could duct the centrifugal blower onto the heatsink so you wouldn't have the blower sticking strait out of the case.
