I can't seem to get my system to run stable in Prime95. Here are my system specs:

Pentium 4 - 2.4C
Abit IS7 (bios 19)
Mushkin 222 Special (2x512)

With the memory timings at 2.5-3-3-8 and the cpu OC'ed to 3.2 with a FSB of 267 with the divider set at 5:4, I can get Prime to run for about an hour and then I will get an error. The Vcore is at 1.6v but reads 1.584v in CPU-Z and the Ram voltage is at 2.8v (max setting for motherboard). I also have locked the agp/pci slots.

I tried increasing the Vcore to 1.625v but when I ran CPU-Z it said the voltage was at 1.616v and I didnt run Prime becuase I want sure if that was too much for my cpu.

From what I've seen, you can safely run 1.8v or even 1.9v for awhile. Don't worry about vcore until your temperature starts to get insanely high, then bump it down. 1.625 or even 1.65, you should be able to pull off even with the stock heatsink and keep temperatures within the "okay zone".
