The Best HSF For An Unlocked Duron 700@1000

I was gonna purchase a dragon orb becuase it looks sweet and it did so well in many tests, but i recently found out it had a dba of 45, just like the delta black labels! so know i'm thinking sound isn't much of an issue, and i'm looking for the best hs/delta combo that i can get for less than $35

Or if i can get good preformance out of a lower db fan, all i want is my duron 700 to run at 1000, at less than 40c, right now at defualt temp (700) and a chrom orb, it's running at 50c

Is that temprature on load or idle ?

Ive fitted and played with a few Dragon Orbs recently and consider these to be a remarkable improvement over the tradional orbs, this is not to say they are good, it just that i consider tradional orbs to be exceptionally bad. I guess the biggest question would have to be would I ever put one on my Duron 800 and the answer to that would be NO. The dragon orb did reasonably in tests but not great and when considering the quality and the price it is not a product I would consider for my own use and I doubt very much that it is good enough to drop your tempraturesfrom the 50 c you have to the 40 c you would like

A product for ORB fanatics everywhere imho, and the other user will just avoid it
