I took all my components out of my machine for about a week to setup my new WC system. I left the motherboard sitting on top of a cardboard box on my dresser so no static electricity would get to it. Now I put everything back into my case to try and see what kind of temps I was getting with my new setup but I had to use my old ti4200 because Im waiting for my 9800 to come back from newegg (here tomorrow hopefully) I used to use this card in my machine and it worked fine for a while. I put it in my machine now and power on the machine and everything runs fine through the motherboard ( I think) and the fan on the card is spinning but Im not getting any display on my monitor with it plugged in. Any ideas what could be the problem? I dont think the motherboard could be dead because everything powers up fine, and the card is fine because I tested it in my other machine.

Try taking everything out of the case and running the mobo on the cardboard box with just the cpu, ram, and video card attached. If you can get it to post this way then you might have shorted out the mobo when you reinstalled it in the case.
