i need one, mine is really c***ping out on me....random shutdowns and the like.....if anyone has a decent suggestion on which to buy (or one they would like to hook me up with for free :) :)).....

you don't want to skimp too much on a psu. Its like a mobo, you want a good one. If you can get an Enlight 300 spring for it. Look around for AMD approved ones though, they have stricter standards.

just today my psu burst into flames , made sparks. it was monted out side of the case lucky me, so thats all that got fried , im running a spare 154 watt psu right now................umm i need a new one badley

will buying a cheap case with a 400 watt ps do?
i bought a crappy case for my sister's computer, and took the front mount usb thingy for my case....
pricewatch....
i didnt know that ps are that different.....

well power supplies are not all that different...just like cars are not all that different they all take you somewhere......you could get a generic for ten dollars(1985 Nissan Sentra), or you could get say a powerman (New Honda Civic), or you could get an enermax (rolls royce), i am drooling for an enermax.....2 fans :)...alot of other stuff idont understand :)....gold plated fan guards :) :) :).....too expensive.....parents wont give me money :(

I belive I saw a 400w psu on pricewatch for 30$ its generick but should be good for your system
